SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping within the US via USPS is a flat fee of $5.00 for orders below $90. Shipping is free on orders of $90 and above.

Please allow 5-7 business days from ship date to delivery. USPS Priority Mail Express is available for an additional fee.

We are committed to our quality and your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven business days of receipt at sales@tuktukdesigns.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. After seven days, we are only able to provide store credit. We are unable to process any returns or exchanges after 14 days of receipt. 

Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Shipping costs and packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending items back in similar packaging as what was received. Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or exchange. Once a refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
