Shipping

Orders over $125 ship free. Ground shipping is $7 for orders under $125. Priority shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Please allow 5–7 business days from the ship date for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TukTuk Designs purchase. If you are not satisfied, please email sales@tuktukdesigns.com within seven business days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions, and eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

After seven business days, eligible returns may receive store credit only. We cannot accept returns or exchanges more than 14 days after delivery.

Returned items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returns. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from approved refunds. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return to process a refund, store credit, or exchange. We will email you once it has been processed. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

Gift cards are nonrefundable. All sale items are final sale.
