SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders over $125 ship free.  All ground orders under $125 have a ground shipping cost of $7. Priority shipping is calculated based on your order total and location.

Please allow 5-7 business days from ship date to delivery. 

We are committed to our quality and your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven business days of receipt at sales@tuktukdesigns.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. After seven days, we are only able to provide store credit. We are unable to process any returns or exchanges after 14 days of receipt. 

Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Return shipping costs and packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or exchange. Refunds can only be made to the original card used at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Once a refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Gift cards are nonrefundable. All sale items are final.
